Terms and Conditions
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ThePrepVantage website and study platform (the "Platform"). By creating an account, starting a free trial or buying a study package, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date. Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login, let anyone else use your account, or open more than one account. We may limit the number of devices signed in at the same time.
3. Free trial
Each student may take one 3-day free trial, for one subject, once only. A verified email address is required. We may refuse or end a trial where we reasonably believe it is being misused, for example through repeated accounts, devices or email addresses.
4. Study packages, fees and payment
Fees are shown on the Platform before you order. Payment is made offline by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, and access opens only after our team has verified your payment proof. Unpaid orders expire after 30 days. Access ends automatically at the end of the period you paid for.
5. Refunds and transfers
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where the law requires otherwise.
6. Referral and discount codes
Discount and referral codes are issued at our discretion, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be exchanged for cash. A code cannot be used by the person it was issued to for their own account.
7. Copyright and acceptable use
All study material, questions, flashcards, explanations, books and other content on the Platform are protected by copyright and belong to ThePrepVantage or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal study only. Copying, recording, screen-capturing, reproducing, distributing or sharing any content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action before the competent court of the local jurisdiction, together with suspension of your account without refund.
8. AI Tutor answers
Answers from the AI Tutor are produced with artificial intelligence and may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Always check important points against your official study texts.
9. No guarantee of results
The Platform is a revision aid. We do not guarantee any exam result. Syllabus coverage, exam readiness, "Exam ready" labels and mock exam scores are estimates based on your activity on the Platform; they are not a prediction or guarantee that you will pass any examination. ThePrepVantage is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ACCA.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described on the Platform and only for running your account, your studies, payments and support.
10A. Emails we send you
Service emails are part of your account and cannot be switched off while your account is active. They include sign-in codes, trial, order, payment, subscription, renewal and expiry notices, study reminders, fading-practice reminders and progress summaries. Marketing emails, such as newsletters, offers and platform news, are optional: you choose them at registration and can unsubscribe at any time.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, including sharing an account or copying content. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version, with its date, is always shown on this page. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
